3GSM NEWS: Comba Telecom signs supply agreement with Telecom Italia Mobile
Leading wireless enhancement solutions provider Comba Telecom Systems has signed a supply agreement with Telecom Italia's mobile operator business unit, Telecom Italia Mobile. Comba will supply RF subsystems equipment to TIM.
Pursuant to the agreement, Comba will initially supply TIM with multi- carrier Tower Mounted Boosters for Universal Mobile Telecommunications System Applications. Empowered by a multi-carrier power amplifier as a key component, the integrated TMB product offers a compact, efficient and high capacity solution for 3G network enhancement.
The agreement was reached after Comba's range of solutions had undergone thorough reviews and intensive testing by TIM. This proved that Comba is capable of offering world-class products and solutions to the most demanding customers.
Speaking at the 3GSM World Congress in Spain, Comba's Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Mr. Fredrik Dyfverman, said, "We are pleased to be working with TIM and look forward to growing and strengthening this win-win relationship. We believe TIM chose Comba as a supplier because of its products are of superb quality and cost effective, and also because of its efficient support and delivery mechanisms."
