Acision launches today

Former LogicaCMG telecoms unit formally launched

Acision, the messaging business of LogicaCMG taken private in April, has formally launched today.

Acision has been formed from the recent £265m (US $525m) purchase of LogicaCMG Telecoms Products by a consortium including private equity buyer Atlantic Bridge Ventures and industrial holding group Access Industries. Is senior executive management include many from LogicaCMG's early says in the SMS business.
