Nokia makes new Windows Mobile services available
Continuing a trend established a couple of years back, Nokia and Microsoft have deepened support for Microsoft services on Nokia devices by making new Windows Live services available on some S60 phones. Compatible Nokia Series 40 handsets will have access to thes Windows Live services during 2008.Nokia N73, N76, N80 Internet Edition, N93i, and N95 owners can get the Windows Live services via the Download! application in the following countries; Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UK, Sweden, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Initially the service will be available as a free trial and then customers wishing to continue using the service "may" be asked to pay a monthly fee, Nokia said.

Although the companies are seen as on opposite sides of the OS battle, the two have been working together for some time now at a services level, notably on email and ActiveSync based applications.
