DIGITALK deployed by WIND
DIGITALK today announces, in co-operation with the service provider and software developer ITS, a contract with WIND, Italy's leading ISP, Fixed Wire and Mobile Operator, for the provision of DIGITALK's Multiservice Platform solution, to be deployed in Italy.
WIND has chosen the DIGITALK and ITS solution following a selection process and will be using the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform to provide a range of new services including prepaid and international calling services using its existing mobile telephony network.
WIND, which is allied to Orascom Telecom Holding, a leading mobile telecommunications company with GSM operations in seven emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, will also be using the powerful ITS Business Reporting System, ‘ITSDataCenter’ which is a based on the DIGITALK Multiservice Platform, coupled with a range of consultancy services.
