MACH acquires End2End
End2End, Europe's leading provider of outsourced solutions for mobile data, today announced that it has been acquired by MACH, one of the leading providers of inter-operator solutions to the telecommunications and data industry worldwide.
End2End, founded in 2000, has become the leading provider of outsourced mobile data solutions in Europe. End2End's managed service solutions are currently powering the delivery of mobile data services and content across more than 50 mobile operators in 20 countries on five continents.
Following the acquisition, End2End becomes part of MACH Group but continues to operate as a stand-alone company with its own brand. The acquisition provides End2End with access to MACH's global presence and mobile operator customer base.

End2End's former owners included Draper Fisher Jurvetson ePlanet Partners, HP, Deutsche Bank Capital Partners, Amadeus Capital Partners and Cisco Systems. End2End's advisers for the transaction were Bech-Bruun and Dorsey & Whitney for legal matters and Ernst & Young in Denmark and UK for financial matters.
