New look End2End forges closer links with MACH
End2End, leading provider of outsourced solutions for mobile data in Europe, is restructuring its business to strengthen focus and forge closer links with MACH Group, which acquired End2End in February 2006. The new look End2End is a combination of two business units set up to support the VAS (Value Added Services) and connectivity elements of its operation.
End2End, which has been operating as a stand-alone entity within MACH Group since February, will now be further integrated within the group. The task of managing the restructured organisation has been handed to Martin Lippert. Previously the CEO of End2End, he will now assume the post of CEO of MACH Group.
End2End will be divided into two independent VAS and Connectivity business units in order to strengthen the focus of each business area. The VAS business unit will be headquartered in Denmark and led by Atte Miettinen, who has been serving as End2End’s Chief Marketing Officer.
The Connectivity business unit will be headed by Frank Stoecker out of Germany. Both business units will report to MACH Group CEO, Martin Lippert, but will continue to operate under the End2End brand.
”Further integration into the MACH Group will make End2End an even stronger and more competitive partner for companies in mobile data,” said Martin Lippert.
He added: “Both Atte Miettinen and Frank Stoecker have been in this industry since the very beginning and have significant expertise and experience to continue to build on End2End’s strong position in outsourced mobile data solutions and connectivity.”
The organisational changes will take effect as of June 1, 2006.
