VoIP opportunities - Changing attitudes - mobile operators' perception of mobile VoIP (Features)

The advent of VoIP services accessible via a GPRS/3G/HSDPA or Wi-fi link originally caused consternation within the cellular industry and amongst certain European operators in particular.
