Initial 5G services and use cases that operators are deploying are vary widely, from fixed wireless access to reconfigurable factories with no cables, automated cars and remote health services, smart grid, campus networks that combine public and private infrastructure, and so much more. Two network operators, members of the Next Generation Network Management Forum (NGNM) Forum, talk about their first applications and plans, and their longer term goals as the technology matures and more capabilities are available.
The webinar will be hosted by Mobile Europe’s editor, Annie Turner and a spokesperson from NGMN, with operator guests. This is a rare opportunity for attendees to put questions and observations to those tasked with making 5G an operational success, now and in the future.
