Panasonic Launches The Unique X300 Mobile Video Camera Phone With Pop-Up Screen

Panasonic Mobile Communications has introduced the X300 to the UK market. The X300 is the first mobile phone to incorporate a one-push pop-up screen. This tri-band handset also combines video record and playback capability, polyphonic ring tones, Multimedia Messaging (MMS) and a CMOS VGA built-in digital camera.  Shipments for the UK have already begun.

Style and function
In accordance with the other mini and fashion handsets in the Panasonic mobile phone range, the X300 brings advanced technology into a stylish and creative design.  Available in a silver and black finish, it weighs just 87 grams and measures 92 x 49 x 21mm.  Light and easy to use, the X300 is designed for the style-conscious user who will also benefit from the latest mobile technology available.

The X300 allows users to send photos and video clips to other mobile users through its GPRS, EMS and MMS functionality.  Its innovative design will give the user maximum flexibility when creating these images.

Video capability
With its one-push, pop-up screen and built-in digital VGA camera with video capability, the X300 is a pioneer in mobile imaging technology. This handset has a 65K colour screen allowing the user to view photographs and short video clips with excellent clarity.  The camera also incorporates a self-timer function as a further benefit to users.
