Russia’s second biggest operator has chosen Netcracker’s Digital BSS as part of its ongoing digital transformation.
ER Telecom Holding is to use the suite to cut time to market for new products, centralise and consolidate core processes and systems, and deliver better customer experience “by creating an ecosystem of compelling digital products and services”.
The suite includes modules including Digital Marketplace, Customer Channel Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Customer & Partner Management, Revenue Management, Product Management and Hybrid Service & Resource Management offerings. ER-Telecom Holding will replace disparate and distributed BSSs that operate as separate systems with a single platform to simplify and standardise configuration and billing processes.
