Celfocus and Vodafone are joining forces at DTW25-Ignite in Copenhagen, where they’ll showcase a forward-looking case study on the power of AI to transform Field Services. Taking place at the Bella Centre on June 17th at 4:00 PM in Stage B, the session is part of the track How is AI Driving Zero-Touch Network Operations? and will highlight how AI is reshaping operational efficiency and customer experience in telecom.
Emilio Varas, Customer Fulfilment Head of AI and Operations Improvement at Vodafone Group and João Miguel Antunes, Head of Autonomous Networks Offer at Celfocus, will be sharing the stage in the session Transforming Field Services – from Truck Rolls to Operational and Customer Experience Excellence.
During the presentation, Emilio and João will explore:
- The vision for field services operations and customer fulfilment: discover strategies that focus on delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality service.
- How Generative AI and Machine Learning support smart technician dispatch, improve first-time resolution rates, and reduce truck tolls in field service operations.
- How enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making delivers consistent and global service excellence.
