Orchestrating automation from end to end has long been a goal for telcos, but has proved hard to achieve. In the era of GenAI and agentic AI, are things easier and should our focus be on operations rather than just the network to focus on automating the entire business process that relies on the network. In other words, aligning network automation with broader operational and business goals, like streamlining workflows, better service delivery and superior customer experience.
