The new one unlimited‑everything plan at PLN 75 /month is going to disrupt Poland’s already crowded mobile market
T‑Mobile Poland is aggressively positioning itself as the simplicity-first brand, tapping into what its explains is consumer fatigue with telecom complexity. The mobile operator has just launched a single plan that delivers unlimited voice, SMS, MMS, and data – without any speed or data caps – all for PLN 75/month. The move follows Netia and others rejigging their offers but T-Mobile has blown these away with a new approach that could end users needing statistics degrees to work out tariff tables.
To emphasise this point the operator said 94% of customers told it that convenience and simplicity are key for new services. T-Mobile’s single mobile subscription plan – with everything unlimited – is more than a pricing play; it is a market repositioning. As a result, competitors like Orange, Play and Plus will be forced to respond either by reducing their own plan complexities or by offering similar bundling/AI features.
With the new plan, users can add EU roaming ( PLN 49 for two weeks, twice a year), home fibre (300 Mbps) at no extra cost, and optionally upgrade to 900 Mbps fibre (adding PLN 20) or a TV package (adding PLN 50). Additional lines will be PLN 55. Such a clarity in bundling and pricing is the antithesis of mobile pricing but will no doubt prove attractive to users. The promise of “all‑in‑one, truly unlimited” plus added perks like roaming and bundles marks a significant market positioning and differentiates the operator from operators with complicated tariff charts and data caps.
In a saturated market cluttered with tiered data options and hidden extras, T-Mobile is certain to reshape the market not only in Poland but across Europe. The fact the operator’s shift spans pricing, digital experience (via AI), roaming, and bundled services.
“We have always focused on innovation. We have often been the first to introduce technological solutions that others have only just thought about. Today, the highest quality of services remains our priority, but we do not want to take part in the race for gigabytes or speeds,” said T-Mobile Polska CEO Andreas Maierhofer.
“We are changing the rules of the game. We are no longer looking at connectivity as a set of services, but as a basic need of every person. That is why we are the first to say ‘enough’ to complicated tariff plans. We are replacing them with one, simple, safe and fully unlimited tariff. From now on, everything will be simple,” he added.
Variety not always spicy
The sheer variety of telecom services and their different variants can be overwhelming. T-Mobile said over half of its mobile subscription customers already use unlimited tariffs and with the new plan all customers won’t need to worry about connectivity limits. To sweeten the deal, the operator offering security services. For PLN 20/month, customers can add two safety services to the unlimited plan: “Safe Surfing” and either “Device Insurance Comfort” or “Safe Family+”.
T-Mobile also claims to be the first operator in Poland to offer a roaming Unlimited Internet Package in EU Zone 1A for a total of two weeks. Each 14-day package costs PLN 49 (can be activated twice). In terms of home service bundles, users choosing both services will pay PLN 75/month (with discounts). TV with 147 channels can also be added, bringing the bundle to PLN 125/month (with discounts).
The operator has also sharpened its handset game, now allowing users to swap their phone whenever they need – not only when their contract ends. It has promised to have competitively priced handsets as well, starting from PLN 1 for the like the Motorola Moto G35 5G. T-Mobile plans to kick-off its “Just Simple” campaign on TV, radio, cinema, billboards, online, social media and in T-Mobile stores across Poland. To attract new users, T-Mobile is allowing joiners to try its services for 30 days with no commitment thanks to its network satisfaction guarantee.
4G offer
For customers not currently in fibre coverage, T-Mobile also introduced a simplified unlimited 5G home internet offer. There are no data caps or speed limits for the duration of the agreement in the designated “home zone”. The offer includes a modern Wi-Fi router with an external antenna, providing stable connections “even in challenging conditions”. The service costs PLN 80/month (with discounts) or PLN 60/month (with discounts) if it’s an additional service within a user’s T-Mobile bundle.
