Argogroup, a company which optimses the user experience for mobile services, and Distocraft, a provider of wireless network performance management and service assurance solutions, have announced a partnership to offer an improved user and service experience optimisation solution to mobile network operators worldwide.
The first fully implemented customer of this solution is the Finnish arm of TeliaSonera. The new solution from the two companies combines Argogroup’s User Experience Optimization platform, Monitor Master, and Distocraft’s reporting and data drilling product, Distocraft DC5000.
The companies say the through the integration of the two software product technologies, operators will profit from the flexible application test and monitoring of Monitor Master combined with the Distocraft DC5000’s capability of turning the ever increasing flow of network data into actionable Network Business Information in the areas of performance management, configuration management and service quality management.
The overall aim of the joint offering is to enable mobile operators to offer improved quality of experience for customers using value added services such as photo messaging, video calling, video streaming, and instant messaging.ÂÂ
