Save customer service call costs with help tools

-

SNAPin, which describes itself as the first company to deliver self-service software for mobile phones, has   announced availability of the SNAPin SelfService product suite. SNAPin says that its products drive data service revenue for mobile operators, and cuts customer support costs by making it easier for users to learn about and use their phone’s features, and solve customer care issues right on their mobile phones.

“Instead of costing the mobile operator as much as $20-30 per call, SnapIn Self-Service products let users answer their own questions and solve their own problems right on their mobile phones,” said Brian Roundtree, SnapIn founder and ceo.
The Self-Service product suite includes four products that support any mobile phone and any network, the provider said. These are:
Interactive training on the device that prompts usage, configures applications and teaches users how to use features and services.
The interception of calls to customer care, and presentation to each user of tools to solve their own problems.
Self-Service Diagnostics that automatically configures and maintains device and service settings, and also lets customer service representatives remotely troubleshoot mobile phones over the air.
