Huawei launches SCALE system to help partners scale AI adoption

-

Huawei has unveiled a new support system to help partners move AI projects from small trials to larger, real-world deployments.

At HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, Huawei’s Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, Leo Chen, announced the Customer-Centric “Huawei + Partners” Collaboration System and the new SCALE partner supportsystem, which will give partners access to the company’s tools and expertise, helping them develop and deliver AI solutions to customers faster.

He said: “The intelligent era is approaching fast. Huawei works with partners to provide products and solutions that solve real business problems.

“We want to share our own capabilities with our partners. By empowering partners this way, they can bring their unique strengths to bear and help customers move from compute construction to intelligent application.”

Chen added: “Huawei is fully committed to helping our customer-centric ‘Huawei + Partners’ collaboration system thrive. We want to help partners solve customer issues more efficiently and help customers achieve large-scale AI adoption.”

According to the company, the SCALE system is designed to help businesses and partners deal with the typical problems when trying to scale AI projects, which include developing and testing solutions, getting systems to work together, delivering projects, providing ongoing support and managing different technologies.

As a result, the tool will offer support across five main areas: scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local services and consistent quality, and efficient collaboration, in a bid to support its customers with these challenges.

The company is also providing partners with AI products covering computing, storage, networking, security and data protection.

Additionally, two new AI solutions, SMECE and DCS AI Solution, were launched to help partners turn their industry knowledge into working AI solutions.

This comes as Huawei revealed its partners have already created more than 100 solutions for eight industries using its technology.

Meanwhile, it is also giving partners access to reference designs and testing environments covering 48 high-value business scenarios, which can be used to design, develop and test new solutions before they are rolled out.

This follows Huawei’s OpenLab platform, offering partners tools to develop and test solutions. Meanwhile, its O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform provides access to the company’s resources and service support.

According to Huawei, its training and certification schemes have helped train more than 50,000 AI professionals over the past three years.

Chen concluded: “In this upcoming era of true intelligence, scaling proven practices across industries will allow more companies to thrive. Industrial intelligence is creating unprecedented opportunities, and Huawei wants to work with you, our customers and partners, to deploy successful benchmarks at scale, and bring the benefits of AI to more industries, organisations, and people.”
