Submer has partnered with Aginode to strengthen AI and data centre infrastructure development across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
The agreement, signed at Submer’s office in Dammam, will see the two companies combine their expertise in data centre design, cooling systems, connectivity and power distribution.
As a result of the partnership, Submer will focus on AI infrastructure planning, data centre design and cooling solutions, while Aginode will provide connectivity and intelligent power distribution systems.
The companies plan to work with customers from the early stages of projects to make planning easier, avoid unnecessary delays and ensure data centres operate efficiently, the company revealed.
Meanwhile, they will also work together on developing new solutions and exploring business opportunities across the region.
Submer, General Manager, Middle East and Africa, Khalid Aljamed, said: “AI infrastructure in this region is being planned at a scale where the decisions made early in a project shape everything that follows. With Aginode, we can address thermal, power and connectivity together from the very first stage and give customers a more dependable path from design to delivery. We are pleased to formalise this collaboration and look forward to building on it with Yousef and his team.”
Aginode, General Manager, Yousef Arafat, added: “Submer’s advisory, design and thermal expertise complements our connectivity and power distribution portfolio very well. Our teams are already working side by side with customers in the region, and this agreement gives us a firm foundation to expand that work across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.”
