Zain KSA brings 5G-Advanced connectivity to Riyadh and Jeddah

Zain KSA has become the first company in Saudi Arabia to commercially introduce 5G-Advanced (5G+), bringing the latest evolution of mobile connectivity to customers across the Kingdom.

The launch marks another step in Zain KSA’s efforts to support Saudi Arabia’s follows the company’s earlier achievement of deploying the Kingdom’s first 5G Standalone (5G SA) network.

The initial rollout will cover Riyadh and Jeddah, with Zain KSA continuing to expand the network as part of its ongoing investment in connectivity infrastructure.

The deployment includes the use of the 600 MHz spectrum alongside other frequency bands, helping extend coverage, strengthen indoor performance and improve connectivity in areas where wider signal reach is needed.

Beyond speed improvements, 5G+ brings advances in latency, mobility, upload performance and network reliability.
