This is the latest phase of an ongoing modernisation programme with Netcracker, building on foundations the two have put in place
Telenet, the largest provider of cable broadband services in Belgium, has expanded its established partnership with Netcracker. This includes a B2B transformation programme that supports the operator’s strategy of consolidating its B2C and B2B operations in a single digital platform.
The programme continues the operator’s transformation with Netcracker and will see Telenet migrate its SME and large enterprise customers and products from legacy systems to the Netcracker Digital BSS platform. This encompasses revenue management, commerce management, customer management, service management and orchestration, and service inventory management.
The intention is that converging B2C and B2B domains in a unified platform will improve operational efficiency, reduce complexity caused by multiple platforms and build a scalable foundation for innovation across consumer and enterprise lines of business.
