Zain KSA has deployed Nokia Deepfield Cloud Intelligence across its network, covering more than 100 cities in Saudi Arabia.
As a result, the technology will give Zain KSA a real-time view of what is happening across its network, helping its teams identify problems more quickly, improve service performance and strengthen the reliability of its infrastructure.
With Deepfield Cloud Intelligence, Zain KSA can keep track of key OTT and cloud services across its network. The technology helps its engineering teams spot congestion and delays early, so they can deal with problems before they affect customers.
According to the telecom giant, the move will help Zain KSA keep up with rising demand as data use grows, giving its teams a clearer view of network traffic and application performance and helping them spot and fix potential issues before they affect customers.
Additionally, Nokia said the platform will also give Zain KSA structured network data that can be used for analytics and AI applications, as well as for developing new digital services supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programme.
