    Theta Networks and Syrus Systems form partnership in Russia and CIS

    Theta Networks has announced a partnership with Syrus Systems, a specialist in mobile solutions headquartered in Russia. The partnership's goal is said to be designed to spread Theta Network developed mobile solutions across Russia and other CIS countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan) through Syrus Systems' established regional presence.

    Syrus Systems is a company-integrator for the communication industry, performing in a number of capacities including the designing, creation, controlling and monitoring processes of telecommunication networks. 

    Theta Networks specialises in improving QoE through its application of DPI solutions to mobile phones. DPI reassembles subscriber application sessions and evaluates the performance perceived by each subscriber.  The technology is said to have been proven to be effective in solving provisioning problems, gathering business intelligence, protecting networks from mobile viruses, deploying new services, and significantly increasing operator revenues.
